1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open and maintain an h555 account you must: (a) be a natural person aged 18 years or above; (b) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to h555 or participation in online gambling is prohibited under local law; and (d) not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an h555 employee in a role that provides access to non-public platform information.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active h555 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a shared household — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h555 may merge them, suspend all associated accounts, void any bonuses received, and withhold winnings derived from bonus funds on duplicate accounts pending review.

2.3 Account Accuracy

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of cleared, non-bonus funds from their h555 wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

h555 reserves the right to accept, partially accept, or decline any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until h555 has issued a bet reference number. Bets placed on markets that subsequently become void due to event cancellation, postponement, or settlement error are returned at the original stake.

7.2 Obvious Errors

Where odds, payouts, or game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, h555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at the erroneous price. h555 will not be bound by obviously incorrect prices regardless of whether bets have been placed and accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Opening accounts using false identity information or in the name of another person.
• Facilitating access to h555 by persons under the age of 18.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal cycling.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at h555 staff or other players via any channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any h555 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

h555's total liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. h555 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

h555 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions that interrupt a player's access to the platform during a live betting event or active game round. Players assume full responsibility for maintaining a stable connection to the internet when using h555.

13. Amendments to These Terms

h555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of h555 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which h555 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and h555, both parties agree to attempt resolution through h555's internal complaints process before pursuing formal legal remedies.

To raise a formal complaint, contact h555's support team at support@h555.life with full details of your complaint, your account username, and any relevant transaction references. h555 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final response within 10 business days.

h555's decisions on complaints relating to specific bet settlements, bonus interpretations, and account actions are final once the internal review process has been exhausted. h555 does not accept external arbitration on individual bet settlement matters.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
